Ms. Lockett's record of success spans multiple corporate sectors.  She has led the launch of a Value-Based Care Organization within a major health system and worked with management to set up supporting infrastructure.  As a senior leader for a prominent women's health system, Ms. Lockett designed and installed management reporting, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards and pioneered an effective Lean Daily Management System program.  She studied biological sciences as an undergraduate and earned a Master of Public Health from Drexel University.
